The Comprehensive Facial Wellness Training program encompasses both Face Hot Stone Massage and Gua Sha Facial Technique training, providing professionals with the expertise needed to deliver exceptional facial rejuvenation and relaxation experiences.
The Face Hot Stone Massage component equips participants with specialized knowledge and skills tailored to performing hot stone massages exclusively on the face. By utilizing heated stones, this technique induces relaxation, targets facial muscles, boosts circulation, and enhances the skin’s overall appearance.
The Gua Sha Facial Technique training, on the other hand, delves into the ancient Chinese modality of using smooth-edged tools to gently scrape the skin. This practice stimulates blood circulation, promotes lymphatic drainage, and enhances skin health, offering a unique approach to facial rejuvenation and relaxation.
The combined program includes theoretical lessons, practical demonstrations, and supervised practice sessions using heated stones and Gua Sha tools on models or clients. Safety guidelines, stone heating best practices, and adherence to local regulations are crucial aspects emphasized during training to ensure participants can deliver these rejuvenating experiences as skilled and knowledgeable professionals.
