Are you ready to discover the profound benefits of Gua Sha & Po-Jin facial techniques? This comprehensive training program delves into the art of revitalizing the face and promoting overall well-being through the unblocking of meridians.

Chuanzhi facial technique training includes the following topics:

1. Emphasizing Internal-External Connection

Problems on the face, such as pigmentation, yellowing, graying, darkening, and acne, are often reflections of changes in internal conditions and the state of internal organs. The root cause lies in the blockage of meridians in the body and the accumulation of Qi, blood, and fluid in the upper body. Our liver, spleen, and kidneys play crucial roles in this process. By focusing on dredging the meridians of internal organs in our daily lives, we can unlock the fundamental pathway to enhanced health and natural beauty.

2. The Fascinating World of Facial Meridians

Meridians, pathways for Qi and blood flow, are not just confined to the body but extend to the face as well. These pathways connect internal organs, limbs, and joints, facilitating the transportation of nutrients and supporting the physiological functions of organs while resisting disease and imbalances. The human body’s health and disease status are mirrored in the facial reflex zone through meridian conduction, revealing the reality and deficiencies within.

3. Unleashing the Power of Facial Tendon Paddling

Based on the profound principles of Chinese medicine’s holographic meridian science, the facial tendon paddling technique aims to unblock facial meridians and stimulate internal organs’ reflex points. This process activates Qi and blood circulation, disperses stagnation, and effectively metabolizes toxins and waste in the blood vessels, ultimately restoring the skin’s original colour and vitality. When meridians are obstructed, nutrients cannot be fully absorbed, akin to nurturing flowers without loosening the soil, hindering their growth and beauty. By unlocking the meridians, we unlock the full potential of nutrient absorption and achieve the desired rejuvenating effects.
